BILL PATRICK, FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH
ACCOUNTANT

Bill was born and raised in Massachusetts into a Catholic family. After graduating from high school, he served in the Air Force for four years. He is a graduate of Burdett College in Boston with a degree in accounting. In 1973 he moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he came to know the Lord in 1980 at the age of 40 years.
In 1981 he married Ann whom he met in Sunday school at the Grace Community Church, Tempe. They have two daughters and five grandchildren. They moved to Prescott Valley in January 2001 upon semi-retirement.
Bill spent the majority of his career as a cost accountant, including being a Cost Accounting Manager for Revlon for six years. The last 18 years of his career he spent as a Budget Analyst for the State of Arizona.
He has been involved with Christian Financial Concepts (Crown) as Director from 1991 to 1999 at Bethany Community Church in Tempe, was a small group coordinator and led numerous small groups there. He helped establish Crown Ministries at FBC, and has been co-leader on several studies. He served as Home Ministries Director from December 2002 until June 2004. Presently Bill and his wife work with the Senior's Ministry (OASIS). He serves on the Finance Committee, and helps with monthly communion service at Pioneer Home. He has been the Church Accountant for FBC since May 2003.
